For this you need to install alarm addon from administrator -- addons

After installing alarm addon you will get a option in the switch -- call alarm

For creating alarm you need to click on option create alarm.
After clicking on create you need will get different options like below.

This addon is trunk based, So any type you will select will go with trunk only.

Name - Name it as you need.

Threshold value --- It is the value of calls , ASR , ACD you wants to set for , If the value you have set in threshold will go below set value then you will get alert on registered email.

Periods --- Its the interval system will run the cron to check ASR value on that provider. You need to put this in seconds. Please set it more then minimum180 seconds so it will reduce the load to sytem.


Status --- You can active and inactive it any of you want.

Email -- On which email address you want this alarm alerts.

Type -
1.ASR
2.ACD
3.CIC
4.Gateway
5.Active calls
6.Freeswitch


ASR ---  ASR full form is answer-seizure ratio (ASR)
ASR is depends on the successfull calls.
It means average success ratio.
ASR = completed calls /total calls *100
If the ASR will go down below then your set threshold then you will get alert on your registered email address.

ACD ----
Average call duration.
It is the average duration count from total calls.
If the ACD will go down below your set threshold then you will get alert on registered email address.

CIC ---

CIC = Concurrent Incomplete Calls
It will depend on failed calls. If you have set it example --7 in threshold and in that set duration more then 7 calls failed then you will get alert on registered email.

if configured number of calls are not connected or rejected concurrently with the trunk then the alarm will be triggered.


Gateway---
If you have selected gateway in type.
Threshold will need to set 100 for this.
You will get 2 options in ping type.1 freeswitch 2. console
If you will select freeswitch then it will check ping from freeswitch.
If you will set console then it will go to console to ping provider ip manually.
If the gateway is down in that case you will get alert on you registered email.

Active calls
--- Its the total active calls on that provider during that direction.If the active calls will go below set threshold then you will get alert.

Freeswitch ----
Threshold will need to set 100 for this.
If the freeswitch will go down in that case you will get the alert.
